If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS:

All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

 

RETURN PROCESS:

To return an item, please email customer service at info@ascendtexas.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and [include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS:

DELIVERY METHODS:

Camp Pick-Up 

(Please note: Pickup is ONLY offered to CAMPERS. We will not be able to fulfill orders made outside the camp.)

Store hours: Monday - Saturday, 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Pickup location: Camp Cafeteria

All orders placed before 4:00pm will be fulfilled within one hour of being placed. All orders placed after 4:00pm will be fulfilled the next day (Mon-Fri). If an order is placed after 4:00pm on Saturday it will be fulfilled Monday. 

For possible exceptions on evening pickup, please speak with a staff member. We will try our best to help you!

 

Shipping & Delivery

All purchases will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please allow 1-5 days for delivery.

 

WHERE WE SHIP TO:

We ship to all 50 states within the United States. International shipping is not available. 

 

SHIPPING COST:

Shipping cost is calculated at check-out and will be determined by the weight of each item.
